A couple weeks ago we got together with Javi Reyes, guitarist for Post Animal, for a discussion on the writing and making of their new album Forward Motion Godyssey. The rest of the dudes were unavailable for this afternoon meet-up, but that actually worked out for us since the last time I interviewed Post Animal at Lolla 2018, Javi only chimed in twice.
We talked about recording in Big Sky, Montana, exploring new sounds, playing their new music on tour, and even what it’s like on the road with Twin Peaks.
