Phoenix have shared “Winter Solstice,” their latest single off forthcoming LP Alpha Zulu. The track arrives with a new music video (above) directed by Warren Fu.
The music video fits the moody midtempo vibe of the track, with the bold synths pairing well with the stark contrasts created by the black and white aesthetic of the visual.
An interesting fact about “Winter Solstice” is that it is the band’s only song that wasn’t composed together in the studio, instead created in two different continents for the first time in the band’s history. Check out “Winter Solstice” by Phoenix, above.
