The Smashing Pumpkins Announce New Album, Share Second Single “Silvery Sometimes (Ghosts)”

The Smashing Pumpkins is in full swing in 2018, with founding members Billy Corgan, James Iha, Jimmy Chamberlin, plus longtime guitarist Jeff Schroeder, have come together to formally announce their new LP SHINY AND OH SO BRIGHT, VOL. 1 / LP: NO PAST. NO FUTURE. NO SUN. The forthcoming album was recorded at Shangri La Studios with the legendary producer Rick Rubin, and it’s the first in over 18 years featuring this lineup. It’s due out November 16, 2018.

Along with this announcement the band has shared their latest cut from the album, entitled “Silvery Sometimes (Ghosts).” Hear it below.
