Following the release of Billie Eilish’s sophomore album, Happier Than Ever, which he produced, FINNEAS is now announcing his own album. Optimist will be the debut album from the musician/songwriter/producer and it will feature 12 new songs that will be released October 15 via Interscope Records.
That announcement comes packaged with a new song/video plus a North American tour. The track is called “A Concert Six Months From Now” and its music video, filmed on location at the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, was directed by Sam Bennett. Watch the visual above.
Ten days after the debut album’s release, FINNEAS will embark on 15 city tour of North America. Kicking off October 25 in San Diego, the tour will hit cities like Salt Lake City, Denver, Chicago, New York, Boston, and Montreal. Get more details below.
The tour has partnered with Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan platform. Fans can register HERE now through Monday, August 9 at 11:59pm PT for the Verified Fan presale. Registered fans who receive a code will have access to purchase tickets before the general public on Thursday, August 12 at 12pm local time through 10pm local time. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 13 at 12pm Local time.
