Earl Sweatshirt is on a hot streak. After releasing critically-acclaimed Some Rap Songs just a year ago, it seemed as though he has fit into a spot that’s comfortable for him within the rap game. He’s got his own sound, and he continues to provide listeners with his avant-garde raps/instrumentals throughout his new album Feet Of Clay which arrived today.
Featuring 7 tracks with only two features coming from MAVI and Mach-Hommy plus additional production from Alchemist and Ovrkast, Earl’s Feet of Clay only spans 15 minutes. Yet, in that short time, Earl rarely wastes time or breath and is sure to give us deep-cutting bars over unique production.
