Album Review: Young Nudy & Pi’erre Bourne – ‘Sli’merre’

Atlanta rapper Young Nudy just released his latest effort, Sli’merre. Throughout his discography, Nudy provides listeners with gold-standard trap production paired with his catchy and rhythmic voice. He brought along acclaimed producer Pi’erre Bourne to executively produce this album, a partnership that definitely delivered on its promise. Nudy shows his growth as an artist by providing fans with what appears to me to be his best album to date.

Sli’merre showcases Nudy’s signature trap style on songs such as “Hot Wings,” “Gas Station,” and “Black Hippie, White Hipster.” On the other hand, Nudy explores some more lighthearted sounds with songs like “Sunflower Seeds” and “Joker.” He also brings along some star-studded features to make this album even more special. Features such as 21 Savage, Dababy, and Lil Uzi Vert come through with equally as impressive verses.

Stay on the lookout for Nudy, he’s only going up from here.

Key Tracks:
