Patrick Paige (of The Internet) Announces Debut Solo Album & Shares New Video feat. Syd & Kari Faux

Bassist and producer Patrick Paige II, best known for forming part of The Internet, has announced today his debut solo album Letters Of Irrelevance.

The album will be released this coming May 18, 2018 via Empire Distribution and it will include guest work from The Internet’s frontwoman Syd, along with Kari Faux, Forte Bowie, Khadi Don, Andris Mattson (of Moonchild), Durnand Bernarr, Paris Strother (of King), Dave Rosser and Nick Green of NickeyDavey. The project will also feature a previously recorded a capella of his mother.

To celebrate this news, Paige has also shared new song “On My Mind / Charge It To The Game” and its music video. The track is jazzy and it bit reserved, allowing Paige’s rapping to be the protagonist. Dude got bars…. The song, which was written like a letter to his sister after the passing of his mother according to the press release, and it features Internet frontwoman Syd plus Kari Faux. This is an interesting first taste of what’s to come and we look forward to hearing more.
