POD Photos: Pitchfork Music Festival 2018 – Day 1

The Pitchfork Music Festival 2018 has come to a close and it left behind a truly spectacular weekend of dope moments. Every day was stacked, but Friday is definitely fighting for the best that #p4kfest 2o18 had to offer.

We got to check out headliner Tame Impala’s roaring, psychedelic experience that included a mesmerizing laser component, as well as hometown show from Saba to remember for ages. The Pivot Gang leader’s set had it all, and the “Westside Bound 3” closer with the fam coming out was something special.

Courtney Barnett kicked ass. Syd had a dope solo set, but also brought out Steve Lacy to perform songs from their band The Internet off their new album. Just an all-out great way to kick off a festival.
