Legendary band Metallica kicked off their week-long residency on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson by performing one of their classics. The Metal giants took fans back to their Thrash era “Hit The Lights,” off their debut Kill Em All.

According to Rolling Stone, Metallica were performing in support of the forthcoming release on November 24th of a two-disc, 10th-anniversary Blu-ray edition of their documentary about the band’s near-breakup in the early 2000s, Some Kind of Monster. The band will also be releasing that same week a 12-inch of the song they debuted earlier this year as the only constant song on their Metallica by Request set list, “Lords of Summer.” The A-side of the vinyl will contain the studio version and the live recording of when it was performed in Rome, and the B-side will contain a laser etching of the group’s “M” logo. Get the record starting on Black Friday (November 28th) as part of Record Store Day.
