John Mayer has released the official video for the first single off of his new album, Born and Raised.  Mayer captures his scenic road trip throughout the U.S. in his first video in almost 2 years.  The album was originally scheduled to be released late last year, but was pushed due to Mayer’s throat condition that forced him to undergo surgery and not be able to put the finishing touches on the album.  Mayer managed to complete the album this year and is scheduled to be released next month, but he won’t be able to perform the album for quite some time. Mayer’s throat condition is once again forcing him to have surgery, but he has said that he will be writing the next album while recovering.
