Sparklmami has released the first single from her upcoming debut album ‘in this body’ titled ‘no te vayas’, accompanied by a groovy cinematic music video. The creation of the debut album has served as an anchor in Sparklmami’s personal journey of self-discovery, as she found both her voice and herself along the way. It reflects a deep passion for what makes you feel truly connected and for her, that connection was found through the making of this album.
The single explores the theme around codependent relationships, whether that might be from a romantic, platonic or even within your family. The music video captures a dancing the night away sensation highlighting a distinctly disco funk cinematic visual style. What makes this single extra special is that it features a cameo appearance from the well-known Chicago legend, Andre Gibson of The Universal Togetherness Band.
