The Strokes are back! A day after announcing the title of their follow-up to 2020’s The New Abnormal, The Strokes are officially sharing its lead single “Going Shopping.”
The single has a sunny vibe, with some auto-tuned vocals that reminds me of what they did on “Threat Of Joy.”
The band’s first album in 6 years, Reality Awaits, was recorded in Costa Rica with producer Rick Rubin and finished around the globe. It will release June26 via Cult Records/RCA Records—get it here.
