POD Photos: Lollapalooza 2025 – Day 2

Remember how I went on about how much I was enjoying, even cherishing, the change of pace that came with experiencing Lollapalooza from the crowd again, with nothing but a point-and-shoot camera? Behind those words, I already had weeks constantly hitting the fest’s PR team to see if they had an extra photo pass to spare…

How annoying did I have to get to wind up with a photo pass? Somewhere between “very” and “just enough.” The point is, I finally secured the pass that would get me access to the Lolla photo pits for a third year in a row, and then I was on a mission to prove that I’d make it worth their effort. Let me know how I did.

Because I got my new wristband halfway through the day, I missed out on the chance to shoot Ravyn Lenae’s set as well as T-Pain, but I did get to see some of their performances. I would have gotten to T-Pain, but I was ready for how packed that side of the park would be— not that I wasn’t aware he’d pull a large crowd as he was one of my Dope Dozen picks, but what I wasn’t expecting that crowd to be so massive that I wouldn’t be able to make it to the photo pit in time. Instead, I stood in the back and just enjoyed the show.
