The Weeknd performed two shows at Soldier Field as part of his After Hours til Dawn Tour, and I was able to cover night 1. Three years ago I was able to shoot the previous iteration of Abel’s After Hours til Dawn Tour production, which helped me appreciate the elements that evolved into what we got to witness this weekend and what was left in 2022.
While we’re still experiencing this show in a post-apocalyptic setting like last time, it appears as if The Weeknd is leading us out of the rubble.
