Chicago duo Grapetooth have returned! After taking a five year hiatus from solo material the duo has blessed fans with two new singles, “Infinite Source” and “Shining.”

The duo consisting of Clay Frankel and Chris Bailoni teased a return earlier this October after announcing an opening set for Dehd at Empty Bottle on New Years Eve. Now just a couple months later, we are finally getting some new material.

Track “Infinite Source” is a bold synth-pop track featuring some somber piano and saxophone passages coalescing with these chant-like vocals. Knox Fortune handles the background vocals and Jackson James of Weird Life Films is on saxophone. Jackson is also responsible for the music video starring Alex Hupp.

The second track titled “Shining” features additional vocals from Squirrel Flower and some more saxophone from Jackson James. The tune on this one is very luscious and super sweet on the ears.

Both tracks were written, produced, recorded and mixed by Grapetooth themselves with mix engineer Joe Visciano in charge of mastering.
