Chicago based indie rock artist Joyfriend is slated to perform at Sleeping Village on Monday, October 10th with The Courts and Lunchbreak as the supporting acts. Tommy Russell also known as Joyfriend will be accompanied by a full band including that of Michael Russell, John Bucaro and Dominic Folino. Their newest single “Dumbo” is a return to form to tracks off Tommy’s 2020 EP ‘Dog Fight’ yet additionally shows plenty of musical maturity and songwriting.
In an Instagram post announcing this show he says they will be performing all new songs off their forthcoming record so you definitely don’t want to miss this one. On top of this it’s $1 PBR night so it’s worth showing up regardless!
