Music Declares Emergency (MDE) has launched its United States chapter, bringing together local and international talent and provide guidance for the music industry respond to the global climate and ecological emergency.
The global climate emergency collective has secured pledges from artists like Arcade Fire, Billie Eilish, Bon Iver, Chicano Batman, Major Lazer, Bootsy Collins, The 1975, Fantastic Negrito, Juanes, Tom Morello, Annie Lennox, Brian Eno, and more. The 6,000+ members from all corners of the music industry collaborate with grassroots climate partners to help deliver on its mission to mitigate human contribution to greenhouse gas emissions.
