Foo Fighters Release “No Son of Mine”

Happy New Year! 2021 is already off to a good start thanks to a New Years Day release of “No Son of Mine” from the Foo Fighters. The track is the second to be released from the band’s forthcoming 10th album Medicine at Midnight out February 5th on Roswell Records/RCA Records.

The song has a thrash feel to it that will surely get you fired up. It is a dope counterpart to the more reserved “Shame Shame,” which arrived back in November with an SNL debut.

This is the kind of song that just resides in all of us and if it makes sense at the time, we let it out… Lyrically it’s meant to poke at the hypocrisy of self righteous leaders, people that are guilty of committing the crimes they’re supposedly against…
