Earlier this year, Boldy James joined forces with The Alchemist to create an album that stands tall next to any other 2020 hip-hop release. The Price of Tea in China is a 12-track offering that released in February under ALC Records. This album got a deluxe revamp months after the initial release; “Pots and Pans” (feat. The Cool Kids & Shorty K) was an exciting track listing to see when Boldy announced the 4-track addition in July.
The recently released music video for “Pots and Pans” features dope scenes across multiple states and scenes. Shoutout both The Cool Kids and Shorty K for adding a unique flavor over this crazy Uncle Al production. This cut quickly became one of my favorites off of the deluxe release, to see visuals come to fruition for “Pots and Pans” perfectly caps off Boldy’s inimitable 2020.
