The Rolling Stones Share Previously Unreleased Jimmy Page Collaboration, “Scarlet”

The Rolling Stones. Led Zeppelin mastermind Jimmy Page. In their prime. That combination actually happened back in October 1974 for a song called “Scarlet,” which is finally coming to light thanks to the reissue of the Stones’ Goats Head Soup.

Mick Jagger shared:

I remember first jamming this with Jimmy and Keith in Ronnie’s basement studio. It was a great session.
