This coming June 27, we’re putting on our own digital event. In an effort to raise money for charity, Dopeness Within will feature DJ set by Charles Lauste, along with beetlebob doing a live painting of a special beetlebob/Pursuit Of Dopeness collab illustration she cooked up that we’ll be revealing during the event. DJ Strawberry Smoothie will be providing sounds.
We’re also dropping some merch, which we’ll be unveiling closer to the date. Details on that to come later.
The show starts at 6:30pm CST, and we’ll share more details closer to the event.
We’ll be taking donations during the program and all proceeds from that and merch sales will be donated to local charities. We’ll be splitting it evenly between the Chicago Independent Venue League & My Block My Hood My City.
