Bad Bunny has released his latest music video for his work on his new album YHLQMDLG. This time around it’s the smash hit that got the socials going wild with the memes, the catchy “Yo Perreo Sola.”
Co-directed by Stillz and Bad Bunny himself, the visual sees San Benito portray a number of different characters while performing the track. More importantly was the not-so-subliminal messages included in the video, because not only does he challenge convention by playing a couple of female characters, but he also included the “Ni Una Menos” feminist movement’s call-to-action to fight against gender-based violence. And at the end, he sends a reminder to leave women alone to do their thing if they don’t want to dance with you.
