Nirvana’s Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic, and Pat Smear came together once more this weekend to play The Art of Elysium’s annual “Heaven is Rock and Roll” gala. Beck and St. Vincent stepped in to provide vocals during the 5-track set to cover for their late lead singer, Kurt Cobain.

To take things up a notch the band brought out Grohl’s daughter Violet, with the  13-year-old holding the reins to sing Heart-Shaped Box.” The set that also featured “Lithium,” “In Bloom,” and “Been a Son,” concluded with another live rendition of “The Man Who Sold the World,” which they famously covered in their iconic MTV Unplugged set.
