As we wind down to Letterman‘s final episode, the iconic “late night” host welcomed back Ryan Adams for his 11th, and final appearance on the show. Letterman prominently notes that the Late Show gave Adams’ tv debut 14 years ago, and the guitarist made a nod to that history by playing a song from that same era of his career.
