Check out the latest from Prince. The new lyric video premiered on Billboard and it’s for his cover of “ANOTHERLOVE” with his band 3RDEYEGIRL. The song was originally from Alice Smith, but this re-make gives it a vintage Rock spin. The piano parts with backing strings are substituted brilliantly for a faster tempo with distorted guitars driving the sound and generous use of solos like if this was straight out of the 80’s.
As Billboard points out, the video was produced by John Andosca of JPA Entertainment and contains shots from Prince & 3RDEYEGIRL’s performance on Saturday Night Live.
