Wu-Tang Clan – “A Better Tomorrow”

A day after some of the Wu-Tang Clan hit Letterman to perform, the NYC crew released the title track off their forthcoming album, A Better Tomorrow. As Stereogum points out, the Wu samples the Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes and Teddy Pendergrass collaboration “Wake Up Everybody” for this track.

It’s cool to see the cover art though, as they take a page out of the Foo Fighters’ last album cover, and incorporated landmark building from across the globe and put them along what would be the world’s greatest coast.

Ghostface Killah - Love Don't Live Here No More

Peep the latest from Wu-Tang rep Ghostface Killah, a track called “Love Don’t Live Here No More.” The song features Kandace Springs with lyrics that hold a “love lost” narrative (though not a sappy kind), and the production makes use of “Oldie” R&B sounds that help inject a little more soul to the track.
