Thom Yorke, famously from Radiohead and Atoms For Peace, sat down with Marc Maron for an interview and opened up about how his political activist past helped build the story behind his band Atoms For Peace, liking Bob Dylan and Queen, and that his favorite live show as a young guy was Siouxsie and the Banshees (revealing he though she was “sexy yet terrifying”). Yorke also talked about how “Creep” had surprisingly made them superstars, how going to art college helped his creativity unfold and “completely changed (his) mind,” and the evolution of Radiohead’s sound.
