Comedy Central Launches Colossal Clusterfest, feat. Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Burr, Hannibal Buress, Broad City

There’s a new comedy festival this year thanks to the unveiling today of Comedy Central’s Colossal Clusterfest. The TV network has teamed up with Superfly, which brings to the world Bonnaroo and Outside Lands, for its first music festival, and they’re making certain to deliver so many of the biggest names in the industry.

Headlining the inaugural Colossal Clusterfest are Jerry Seinfeld, Kevin Hart, Bill Burr, and Sarah Silverman (& friends). Some of the other notable comedians include Hannibal Buress, Broad City, Chris Hardwick, Fred Armisen, Reggie Watts, Anthony Jeselnik, Moshe Kasher, 2 Dope Queens, Kyle Kinane, Ron Funches, and Roy Wood Jr. The fest will also feature a music component, with artists like Ice Cube, Tegan and Sara, Chromeo, Vince Staples, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Jidenna, and Ty Segall.

Check out the full list in the poster above. There will also be some attractions revolving around iconic shows Seinfeld, South Park, and It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia.

Video: Maroon 5 feat. Kendrick Lamar – “Don’t Wanna Know”

Maroon 5 have released their music video for “Don’t Wanna Know,” their song featuring Kendrick Lamar. The visuals pay a nod to the Pokémon Go craze, showing the band and several celebrities wearing plush costumes as fans chase them to fill their collection. Vince Vaughn, Sarah Silverman, and Ed Helms are among the stars that make cameos in the clip.

Video: Sleater-Kinney – “No Cities To Love” (feat. Fred Armisen, Andy Samberg, Norman Reedus)

For the visuals to No Cities To Love’s title track Sleater-Kinney enlisted an all-star crew of actors, comedians, and musicians to lip-synch the tune.

Among those appearing on the music video are Fred Armisen, Andy Samberg, Vanessa Bayer, Ellen Page, Norman Reedus, Natasha Lyonne, Sarah Silverman, J. Mascis and My Chemical Romance’s Gerard Way, among others. Hell, we even get a bit of the band members themselves!

Sarah Silverman is the latest artist to guest on the Made Man series Speakeasy series hosted by Paul F. Tompkins. The hilarious comedian talks to PFT about what it was like winning an Emmy, her obsession with babies, working for the Obama campaign, and her early days in comedy. Oddball Fest 2014

Hot damn have we got an awesome comedy tour in our hands… The second annual ODDBALL COMEDY & CURIOSITY FESTIVAL, presented by Live Nation and Funny Or Die, has announced this year’s lineup and it delivers one that will make you immediately excited about seeing when they will hit your town.

The roster for the 2014 edition of the world’s biggest comedy tour boasts Louis C.K., Aziz Ansari, Marc Maron, Bill Burr, Chris Hardwick, Dave Attell, Demetri Martin, Hannibal Buress, Jeff Ross, Amy Schumer, Jim Gaffigan and Sarah Silverman. Some of the other notable acts that are part of this lineup include Jim Jefferies, Julian McCullough, Michael Che, Moshe Kasher, Reggie Watts, Ron Funches, Rory Scovel, and Whitney Cummings.

This year’s festivities include 21 dates in all, kicking off on Aug. 8 at Tampa, Fla.’s MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre and finish off Austin’s Austin360 Amphitheatre. Like last year, Oddball 2014 will include two stages, the return of the Cut Throat Freak Show, a roaming troupe of misfit performers, tasty treats, libations and more.
