Video: Prince’s Cover of Radiohead’s “Creep” at Coachella 2008 is Finally Available Online

posted by Oscar December 8, 2015

Prince has finally let go of his strange digital blockade of his cover of Radiohead’s “Creep” during his set at Coachella 2008 and now it’s finally available for your viewing pleasure.

Long story short, Prince isn’t a fan of his work living online (and digital media in general) so he would always take down any footage of that performance, but recently another clip of that has surfaced online and instead of sending another take-down notice, he tweeted it out!

So, while it’s still available, check out Prince’s rendition of “Creep” above.

Video: Prince feat. Eryn Allen Kane – “Baltimore”

posted by Oscar July 21, 2015

Back in May Prince responded to the death of Freddie Gray with a song called “Baltimore,” featuring Chicago scene singer Eryn Allen Kane. Today the iconic singer has shared the music video to that song, featuring song lyrics together with images from the protests and rallies that took place in the city that gave the song its namesake.

The clip closes with a quote from Prince himself: “The system is broken. It’s going to take the young people to fix it this time. We need new ideas, new life.” See the new visuals above.

Prince Harrocklover

All hail, THE PURPLE ONE! Prince delivered today his latest song and boy is it a Rocking banger! Raw sexual energy is brought to life through the legendary singer’s high voice and those hard-hitting guitar licks to make sounds that’ll make you tell your partner to cut the lights and follow your lead.

Prince yelps “Ain’t no rapper trying to be a singer/ Come on, make a move … R&B ain’t got no place/ But put some hard rock on, you’d better cover your ears/ ‘Cause you’re about to hear a woman just scream.”

If you want a better idea of what “HARDROCKLOVER” sounds like, think of The Weeknd if he was more into Rock & Roll and if his music turned the drums down just a tad bit. Hear the new track below. Continue Reading
