Arcade Fire Adds Chicago Date To Infinite Tour (Oct. 30), Plus The Breeders as Supporting Act

Arcade Fire are following up a superb headlining spot closing out Lollapalooza 2017 with some great news for fans…  Win Butler, Régine Chassagne and crew have announced that they will be making a triumphant return to Chicago on October 30 as part of their Infinite Content Tour through North America.

This announcement comes after the news that the band’s fifth studio album, Everything Now has entered the Billboard 200 at #1, with sales just shy of 100,000 since its release July 28 through an exclusive 360-degree partnership with global media and e-commerce platform Everything Now in synergy with the Sony corporation. Everything Now has also debuted at #1 on the UK album chart.

For that Chicago date, Arcade Fire has added The Breeders as their support act, while Wolf Parade has been called upon for support on the tour’s September 5 North American opener at Centre Videotron in Quebec City, and Preservation Hall Jazz Band will support September 17 at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. Phantogram Announce 2017 Tour in U.S. & Europe

Phantogram are going back on tour, y’all! The duo will be hitting cities in the U.S. like Chicago, Madison, Atlanta and many more starting March in support of their recent album Three. Coachella 2017 Lineup Announced feat. Radiohead, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar

Happy New Year to you! Coachella have announced the 2017 lineup and once again they brought out the big guns with Radiohead, Beyoncé, and Kendrick Lamar all headlining.

Some of the other notable acts playing the festival this year include Lorde, Travis Scott, Father John Misty, Mac Miller, Hans Zimmer, Phantogram, Mac DeMarco, Bon Iver, Future, ScHoolboy Q, Gucci Mane, Tory Lanez, Majid Jordan, Kehlani, Galantis, Kaytranada, and Whitney. As has been the case in recent years, the festival will run on two weekends, with the 2017 edition of the festival taking place on April 14-16 and 21-23 at Empire Polo Field in Indio, California.

Phantogram did big things last year with Big Boi under the name Big Grams, but the duo is back to making their own material. The first release off of the new LP, Three, is titled “You Don’t Get Me High Anymore.” It’s a really dope record and will surely be accompanied by plenty of more dope material on their third LP.
