England Home Kit 2014

Today we get Nike’s new home and away kits that England will wear at this year’s World Cup in Brazil. The home kit is all white with only the Nike swoosh in blue and the team badge in its customary colors, along with pinstripes embedded in the fabric. The away jersey also follows tradition with an iconic red shirt (much like the one they wore when they won the WC in ’66), with a tonal pinstripe also infused into the fabric.

Video: GoPro- On The Pitch With Manchester City FC

posted by Oscar August 20, 2013

This past May (2013) English Premier League team Manchester City came out to the good ol’ U.S. of A. to play a friendly match against Chelsea at Busch Stadium in St. Louis. The people over at GoPro equipped the Mancunian side with a few HD HERO3® cameras to capture some of the action that went down during the team’s final training session in New Jersey. Players like goalie Joe Hart, midfielder Samir Nasri and former MCFC forward Carlos Tevez sported the cameras that took great shots of how the game is seen and played from their perspective. Needless to say, it’s pretty awesome.

This video was shot 100% on the HD HERO3® camera which you can find at http://GoPro.com. (I want!)
