As many of you may already know by now, some of the best teams in the world will be coming to the US to play Guinness’ 2014 International Champions Cup. Taking place from July 26 through August 4, the teams crossing the pond to play for the cup are: England’s Manchester United, Liverpool & Manchester City, Italy’s Inter Milan, AS Roma & AC Milan, Spain’s Real Madrid and Greece’s Olympiacos.
Put together by Relevent Sports (a division of RSE Ventures), the 2014 Guinness International Champions Cup will hit up 13 cities across America like Phoenix, Denver, Chicago, and Dallas, among others, before finalizing in Miami. The round-robin tournament features two groups, divided evenly for round-robin play. All teams will play at least three matches in the tournament with the winner of Group A and Group B, based on point total, meeting in the finals.
