Ed Sheeran is already having one of his best years ever and it’s only January. Ed Sheeran Releases “Castle On The Hill” & “Shape Of You”

posted by Alberto January 6, 2017

Ed Sheeran had been teasing brand new music for a week or so and early in the morning, he released not one but two new songs. The first is “Castle In The Hill,” which sounds like something more along the lines of what we have become fans of Ed for, but the second is something different. The song is titled “Shape Of You” and was written with Rihanna in mind. Can’t be mad at Ed for that.

I’m a fan of both of these artists, so I had to watch this clip a few times before posting. Check out the awesome performance above.

Video: Ed Sheeran and Ben Kweller Perform “Stand By Me” Live

posted by Oscar May 21, 2015

At a Tuesday night show on in Salt Lake City, Ed Sheeran brought out tour opener Ben Kweller to perform together a live cover of the classic “Stand By Me.”

Introduced with “You all know the words to this,” and the guitarists proceed to trade 0ff verses and do a spine-tingling rendition of the song. The decision to play this song was a fitting choice as it came as a little tribute to the man behind the original, Ben E. King, who passed three weeks ago. In typical Sheeran style, the Irish singer-songwriter threw in a bit of “Beautiful Girls,” the “Stand By Me”-sampling song by Sean Kingston. Check that out above.
