DJ Such N Such - "Once Upon A Summertime Pt. II"

Going through some of the email submissions I’ve gotten from the past few days, I came across this beat track from DJ Such N Such. The single is a preview of his upcoming mixtape, How to Dream Again, due for a mid-2014 release. The track, “Once Upon A Summertime Pt. II” is a nice little genre-blender with a bit of a Gothic touch.

We Are Hip Hop Festival

We Are Hip Hop Festival went down this past Saturday in Pilsen and it was a huge success. The event, hosted by ElevArte Community Studio, was put together by coordinated by 30 Chicago youth who used Hip Hop to promote peace and anti-violence. We managed to get some footage of performances by Legit, Nick Astro, Psalm One, Phero and more. The most impressive part of the afternoon had to be DJ Such N Such and Redmoon’s Sonic Boom. The Bucket Boys, Saba, Lamar Jorden and Raych Jackson helped perform alongside the massive and awesome Sonic Boom. Check out some performances after the jump. Be sure to be in attendance next year! We Are Hip Hop Festival

Head over to Dvorak Park ( 119 W. Cullerton Chicago, Il, 60608 ) on Saturday, August 10th 2013 for the 8th annual We Are Hip Hop Festival. The festival is hosted by ElevArte Community Studio, and is coordinated by 30 Chicago youth who are using Hip Hop to promote peace and anti-violence.

Make sure to stop by to support this great cause and listen to some good music from Chicago artist Psalm One, Legit, Saba and DJ Such N’ Such, among others.  This is a free event running from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
