Smino feat. Terrace Martin – “Pecans”

While 2017 proved to be Smino’s breakout year since he dropped blkswn back in March, he’s not resting on his laurels and he’s steadily been dropping gems throughout the rest of the year to continue to prove he’s not one to sleep on.

Today the Chicago-based STL rapper has dropped a new joint entitled “Pecans,” featuring Terrace Martin. The song is immersed in Jazz with this brilliant drum work (which Smino says he performed himself) and a horn that glides on the rhythm section’s sensational output.

In 1967 the slam dunk was banned from college basketball. Basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Bobby “The Bounce Pass” Mitchowski played by Always Sunny in Philadelphia‘s Glenn Howerton give us the story behind the controversial ruling.
