So tell me your name:

The White Stripes Are Selling “Icky Trump” T-Shirts

posted by Oscar October 6, 2016

The White Stripes “reunited” a couple of days ago to publicly declare via Facebook that they have no association with Donald Trump and his presidential campaign and denounced their use of the band’s anthemic song, “Seven Nation Army.” Today, they further show their disdain for the Republican party nominee by offering “Icky Trump” shirts on Jack White’s Third Man Records website. The shirt was inspired by the band’s song “Icky Thump,” not only remixing its title but also quoting the lyrics below:

White Americans? What?
Nothing better to do?
Why don’t you kick yourself out?
You’re an immigrant too.
Who’s using who?
What should we do?
Well, you can’t be a pimp
And a prostitute too.

Mick Jenkins collaborates with Fat Tiger Workshop for “A Quest for Love Tour” Tee’s.

posted by JuicyJackie October 5, 2016

Chicago is home and of course to us Chicagoans… The best city on earth. We’re a blog that strongly believes in it’s Chicago talent. With the current waves that Chicago is causing it’s amazing to see the city support each other. It’s love, it’s home grown and it’s real. Mick Jenkins & Fat Tiger came together to collab on a exclusive tour tee. The tee is only available on Mick Jenkin’s Red Bull Sound Select “A Quest For Love Tour with Smino” tour dates. The first 100 fans through the door at each stop will be gifted one of the four color ways: Grey, Black, Army Green and Khahi.

JoeFreshGoods on the collab:

“Mick has been a supporter of the shop and we’ve developed a natural friendship where now he’s family. When it came to his tour with Red Bull Sound Select and being able to collaborate it was very organic and natural. In terms of the design we wanted to keep in simple, clean and classic. We were inspired by the tour artwork, pulling soft colors from the background and using those neutral tones to come up with the four different color ways. We liked the bow and arrow and how it ties into the theme of love”

Catch Mick & Smino!

The tour is running until the 21st of October, so make sure you stop by the remaining tour stops.

also make your rsvp here to only pay $3 @ the show!
