Video: Stephen Colbert Interviews Eminem on Michigan Public Access TV

posted by Oscar July 1, 2015

Stephen Colbert is staying busy in his days before taking over the Late Show and today he shows us what he’s done with his time. Colbert served as guest host of Only in Monroe, an actual public access TV show that airs in Monroe, Michigan once a month.

Colbert conducted interviews with the show’s usual hosts Michelle Bauman and Kaye Lani Rae Rafko Wilson and delivered local news updates. The capped off with a 20-minute interview with none other than Eminem, who was introduced by the comedian saying “My next guest is a local Michigander who is making a name for himself in the competitive world of music.” The whole thing is absolutely brilliant.

Video: Cast Of ‘Parks and Rec’ Bid Farewell w/Live Performance of “5000 Candles In The Wind”

posted by Oscar February 25, 2015

Last night saw the end of an era with the airing of the series finale of Parks and Recreation. To say farewell, the show’s entire main cast got together to appear on Late Night with Seth Meyers like one of those MTV reunion shows, except with a lot less teen moms.

As their appearance drew to a close, Amy Poehler, Chris Pratt, Aubrey Plaza, Nick Offerman, Aziz Ansari, Adam Scott, Retta, and Jim O’Heir (the dreadful Jerry/Larry/Terry/Garry) said goodbye with a final performance of Mouse Rat’s Li’l Sebastian tribute song, “5000 Candles in the Wind.” Oh and keep your eyes open early on in this clip, because for the first time ever, you will wish you were Garry. See that above.

During the cast’s appearance on the panel, they talked about the filming of the finale and also revealed how Chris “Andy Dwyer” Pratt wanted the series to actually end. You can check that out below. Continue Reading
