POD Photos: Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals in San Diego

If it wasn’t clear before, Anderson .Paak loves California, and California loves Anderson .Paak. The Ventura native took on San Diego on Wednesday night and had the 4500+ at San Diego State’s Open Air Theatre ecstatic and on their feet from start to finish.

Now on the final days of his Best Teef in the Game Tour, backed by his live band The Free Nationals, and support by Earl Sweatshirt and Thundercat, Anderson .Paak has been selling out venues all across the nation following the release of his 2019 album honoring hometown, ‘Ventura’.

After witnessing him live in action, it’s clear why his fans across America have been supporting the tour. No venue is too large for .Paak, as he’s proven he’s able to captivate any city and any audience. For the past couple months, he’s been taking fans on joyful rides with his electrifying dancing, vocals, and impressive drum solos. Any chance to catch him live is one to take advantage of.
