The Avalanches Announce First-Ever North American Headline Tour

The Avalanches have announced a set of headline tour dates that will take place in between appearances on major music festivals. The Avalanches will kick off their first North American live tour on June 3 at Brooklyn Bowl; the show is part of the Governors Ball After Dark series. The band will perform at the Governors Ball festival the following day, June 4.

The group will play a string of 6 shows throughout the country. Tickets for the Brooklyn show have already sold out. Tickets for the remaining dates will go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 5 at 10am local time. See below for full itinerary and ticket information.

The release of Since I Left You was followed by a 16-year radio silence, which was broken with the release of The Avalanches’ sophomore album, Wildflower (Astralwerks). Available HERE, it debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Vinyl Albums chart.
