John Legend has shared the studio version of the Beach Boys classic, “God Only Knows.” Last night, during the Grammys’ “In Memoriam” segment Legend helped pay tribute to the artists that have passed in the last year by performing a live cover of the track along with Cynthia Erivo, delivering a heartfelt rendition.
The studio version has a rich production courtesy of Blake Mills with full string orchestration, which is just as beautiful as how it felt played live at the awards ceremony. Hear it below.
