Childish Gambino is gearing up for the release Awaken, My Love!, his third studio LP, due out December 2 on Glassnote and today he’s delivered another cut from the album. Gambino’s new song is titled “Redbone,” and it premiered on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show today.
Much like lead single “Me and Your Mama,” the new track is tinged in old school elements with minimalist effects. This one also has a very Tame Impala feel to it, dripped in Funk. Hear it below.
