Ravyn Lenae has earned a special spot in POD… she’s become one of our favorite artists… one of Chicago’s favorite artists. Her beautiful voice and beautiful music have left people in awe. We can all see she’s meant to be a star… we’re all just waiting for it. The most beautiful part about it is.. there is never a song you don’t like. Ravyn Lenae & Monte Booker make a musical dream team. From Monte’s soulful beats to Ravyn’s angelic voice, I find myself closing my eyes and going with the music. I’m moved and completely speechless that they can make such beautiful music. They are our favorite duo right now & exactly what music is missing. “Alive” is the newest addition to their catalog. Monte’s signature sound is noticeable right when the song plays. Ravyn makes you feel at home.. comfortable and for a moment like she’s serenading you. “Alive” truly makes you feel alive.
