Following the release of the Kurt Cobain documentary Montage Of Heck it was then announced that a compilation of home-recordings from the late Nirvana frontman will be released on November 13 as Montage of Heck: The Home Recordings. After arrives we will also see a release of Cobain’s cover of The Beatles’ “And I Love Her” with “Sappy” (early demo), and today get to hear that demo.
Nirvana originally released a version of “Sappy” as a bonus track on the 1993 No Alternative compilation under the name “Verse Chorus Verse.” Hear “Sappy” below.
