Rage Against the Machine’s free concert at London’s Finsbury Park on June 6th, 2010 is the stuff of legends as it was a response to their fans’ grassroots efforts to make the band’s “Killing In The Name” the #1 Christmas single in the UK after English radio DJ Jon Morter and his wife Tracy launched a Facebook campaign back in 2009 to prevent The X Factor winner from landing on the top of the singles chart for a fifth consecutive year.
Zack De La Rocha, Tom Morello, and the rest of the RATM crew delivered on their promise of a celebration free show the following summer after the fans made it happen. The concert will be released on DVD, Blu-ray, and digitally.
