While this is the week we say goodbye to a late night comedic legend, the Late Show with David LettermanĀ is bidding farewell with some quite excellent moments. Last night Dave had Eddie Vedder as the musical guest, who fittingly performed the Pearl Jam classic “Better Man.”
Vedder’s final performance on the show had the backing ofĀ Paul Shaffer and the CBS Orchestra, which turned out to be quite glorious. See that last appearance above and find below Eddie’s first appearance on the show back in 1996.
