‘Guitar Hero Live’ Announces First Tracklist Including The Rolling Stones, Green Day, The Black Keys

Guitar Hero Live

A new release from the Guitar Hero franchise is set to arrive this year and today we get the first batch of songs that will be available to play on the new video game. Among the first wave are The Rolling Stones’s “Paint It Black” (f*ck yeah!), Green Day’s “Nuclear Family,” and “Gold On The Ceiling” by The Black Keys.

The tracklist has a good mix of classic and contemporary songs, spanning several genres. Some of the other stand-out tracks are Ed Sheeran’s “Sing,” Gary Clark, Jr.’s “Don’t Owe You a Thang,” Skrillex’s “Bangarang,” and System of a Down’s killer song “Chop Suey!”

The game will be available on PlayStation 3 and 4, Xbox One and 360, Nintendo Wii U and, for the first time, mobile devices. Guitar Hero Live is due out this fall. See the “Initial Set List” below.
