Week 2 of Coachella served as Jack White’s final live electric concerts before performing acoustic sets that precede what will become an extended hiatus. The iconic rocker had to go in style and he delivered on that front with an epic 9-minute rendition of his White Stripes anthem “Seven Nation Army.”
White made use of the mini jam session to give a fitting speech about the appreciation of music, exclaiming:
“I want you to do me a favor… Do everything you can, tell everyone you know, and the children that you have one day, that music is sacred… Music is sacred!”
