For the 2015 MLS FC Dallas have doubled the amount of stripes found on last year’s blue-and-white away shirt, going from seven horizontal stripes running across the front to 14 thinner blue-and-white hoops.
Among the other details on the new jersey are the LH on the back neck in honor of late owner Lamar Hunt, the popular “Dallas ‘Til I Die” slogan on the neck tape in Texas red and blue, and a new V-shaped front collar.
FC Dallas also joined the group of nine clubs sporting a “Founding Team” patch on the inside of their jersey underneath the team badge. It’s a new feature introduced this year by kit manufacturer adidas.
