The yearly announcement of the new cover star for the latest edition of EA Sports’ FIFA video game series always draws attention from the thousands and millions of fans of the franchise and this year it’s been announced that none other than Seattle Sounders rep and Team U.S.A. captain, Clint Dempsey, who will be joining Lionel Messi on the cover of the North American edition of FIFA 15.
The Xbox game features Deuce in his Sounders gear (who have Xbox as jersey-front sponsors) while the PS4 cover features Dempsey in USMNT colors (below).
