Check out this new video from Wolf Alice for their track, “Moaning Lisa Smile.” The track is fittingly BritPop-esque (the band is from London) with a cool distorted guitar part for the chorus, while the video also has a 90’s touch thanks to it being a proper music video like in the good ol’ days. Directed by Ozzie Pullin, the visuals show lead singer, Ellie Roswell struggling with being welcomed by a dance team before getting a bit of help from some men in drag for the competitions in which this all culminates.
It feels like it would fit right in with a Freaks N’ Geeks episode. See the video above.
